is a legal and business professional with more than 20 years of experience in high-growth environments and cross-border transactions, having led legal teams and advised multinational organizations across Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Americas.

He holds a JD from Columbia Law School and BAs in Environmental Science and Italian Studies from UC Berkeley, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.

He is licensed to practice in California, New York, and Washington, D.C.

He works in five languages: English, Italian, French, Spanish, and Dari.
